Create and implement engaging, interactive lesson plans for preschool children.
Mentor and support fellow teachers.
Lead classroom management and curriculum implementation.
Maintain compliance with licensing guidelines and company standards.
Build strong relationships with families to promote student achievement and support center success.
Qualifications
Experience leading a preschool classroom and developing lesson plans.
Meeting state education requirements and childcare center standards.
Physical stamina for indoor or outdoor activities with children.
Minimum age 18; energetic, dependable, and passionate about early childhood education.
Compensation and Benefits
Salary: $18.82–$19.55 per hour (bi‑weekly or daily pay options).
