Spartanburg, SC . Responsibilities include: Providing HSE support and leadership to the project team Serving as a business partner with the HSE Director, HSE Manager, Project Manager, and Construction Manager Leading HSE excellence and delivering a project that ensures no worker injuries or negative impacts to the client’s business continuity Supporting BeyondZero performance and providing overall leadership, management, and direction to the team and client Taking personal ownership and responsibility for protecting people from harm and driving strategies and performance Requirements: HSE certification and/or associate degree in safety, industrial hygiene, engineering, or a related field 6-7 years of demonstrated professional experience in a similar role managing Construction Health and Safety 4 years of demonstrated construction experience managing subcontractors in Health and Safety Experience with managing and conducting safety training Proficient in Microsoft Word, Microsoft Teams, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint Demonstrated interpersonal relations and personnel management skills Working knowledge of applicable regulatory compliance and federal, state, and local agencies requirements What we offer: Medical, dental, vision, and basic life insurance A 401(k) plan and the ability to purchase company stock at a discount Unlimited U.S. Personalized Paid Time Off (PPTO) policy for full-time salaried/exempt employees Seven paid holidays, one floating holiday, and caregiver leave The base salary range for this position is $78,800.00 to $103,350.00.
