As a Soccer Coach for our LSF Academy, you’ll introduce kids ages 4–8 to the fundamentals of the game in a fun, supportive, and energetic environment. You’ll help young players build skills, confidence, and a love for soccer through age-appropriate drills and games. Responsibilities
Lead age-appropriate drills and games to teach the fundamentals of soccer to children ages 4–8 Create a fun, supportive, and energetic learning environment Help players build skills, confidence, and a love for soccer Qualifications
Ability to engage with and motivate young children in a safe, encouraging setting Energetic, positive demeanor and effective communication with kids and parents Willingness to lead age-appropriate activities and adapt as needed Referral programs and other opportunities to stay informed about new Soccer Coach roles are available.
