Job Summary We are looking for a compassionate BCBA to develop and oversee behavior intervention plans, conduct FBAs, and train clients, families, and staff. New graduates are encouraged to apply.
Responsibilities
Conduct FBAs to identify functions of behaviors and plan interventions.
Develop and modify individualized behavior plans based on assessments.
Implement and supervise behavior intervention strategies.
Train and support staff, clients, and families.
Requirements
Master's degree in behavior analysis, psychology, or related field.
Valid BCBA certification from BACB.
Experience with developmental disabilities preferred, but new grads are accepted.
