We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team. This role is ideal for both experienced professionals and new graduates passionate about making a meaningful impact on children with developmental disabilities, particularly autism. Roles & Responsibilities
Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) to identify the function of challenging behaviors and determine appropriate interventions. Develop and modify individualized behavior intervention plans based on assessment results and evidence-based practices. Implement and oversee behavior intervention plans, including teaching new skills and strategies. Provide direct and indirect supervision to RBTs and staff, ensuring consistent and effective intervention implementation. Train clients, families, and staff on behavior management strategies and techniques. Requirements
Master's degree in behavior analysis, psychology, or a related field. Valid BCBA certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB). Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities and implementing behavior intervention plans is preferred. New Graduates are also accepted. Benefits
