Description
As a Line Cook, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking menu items, setting up and stocking stations, and assisting the kitchen team to deliver high-quality dishes in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities include:
Preparing all restaurant foods according to recipes and standards
Demonstrating knowledge of kitchen operations
Reading, measuring, and executing recipes accurately
Managing tickets and ensuring timely service
Maintaining proper knife skills and presentation standards
Assisting chefs and communicating effectively with staff
Following safety, sanitation, and safety procedures
Completing opening, closing, and daily duties
Reporting equipment issues or safety hazards
Qualifications & Skills
High School Diploma preferred
Proof of eligibility to work in the U.S.
Valid Driver’s License
Minimum 2 years related experience
Advanced knife skills
Knowledge of food storage and safety
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods
Effective communication skills in English
Working Conditions
Work indoors/outdoors, exposed to varying temperatures, noise, and high-volume restaurant environment. Shifts may include days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
Physical Requirements
Must be able to walk and stand for extended periods, lift up to 50 lbs, and perform repetitive movements.
Compensation Range:
$16.50 - $24.00/hour, DOE
