Overview
Investigates the neurophysiological mechanisms underlying neurodevelopmental disorders by integrating in-house and public biomedical data, including neuroimaging, genomics, and transcriptomics. A key focus is understanding how early life stress shapes brain development, cognitive functioning, and dimensional aspects of psychopathology. Responsibilities
Conduct neuroimaging and genomics-based analyses, design and implement computational models, and lead manuscript preparation. Support the PI in preparing grant proposals by contributing preliminary data analysis and submitting grant/fellowship applications with mentorship. Manage, update, and maintain research datasets, including neuroimaging, genetic, and clinical data. Mentor junior researchers (Ph.D., master’s students, and undergraduate interns) by providing guidance on research design, technical skills, and academic writing. Qualifications
Ph.D. in neuroscience, biostatistics, psychology, or related field. Strong programming skills preferred. Excellent communication skills; ability to work independently and collaboratively; leadership and mentoring experience. Knowledge of neuroscience, neurodevelopmental disorders, genetics, and environmental influences. Skilled in data analysis. Benefits
