Are you in search of a workplace that thrives on community connections through advertising? Our Lamar office in Springfield, Missouri is hiring a new Account Executive (salary + commission) to help us bring innovative outdoor advertising campaigns to life for brands in Joplin, MO and the surrounding areas. This remote position is based in Joplin, Missouri. For the first four weeks, the employee will commute to Springfield for training. During this period, work hours will be from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM to allow for drive time. We are open to hiring a new graduate with strong drive or the right candidate who can be trained for the role. A Monday-Friday 8:00 am - 5:00 pm schedule with paid holidays, with a combination of time spent in-office and selling in the field First-year earning potential of $60,000 - $90,000 including commissions, dependent on experience and selling ability No commission cap, so earning potential is unlimited as you grow your book of business! Monthly auto and cell allowances for work-related expenses Responsibilities (What you’ll do)

Meet and exceed sales targets and monitor personal sales data and reports Target businesses in the assigned area and visit Lamar clients as well as competitor clients within a specified time frame Exhibit working knowledge of local and national competition Cluster accounts to work them efficiently and identify potential growth areas to open new accounts Use Lamar computer tools to locate prospects, follow up on leads, prepare proposals and presentations, and conduct research Develop presentation skills and present to clients regularly; develop new product knowledge and selling skills Participate in sales meetings, regional meetings, seminars, and trade shows Perform administrative duties such as maintaining sales plans, following up on client production orders, and keeping records of clients and sales activity Qualifications and Education

Current and Valid Driver’s License required College Degree preferred Previous Outdoor Advertising sales experience preferred Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite CRM experience preferred What We’re Looking For In You
