The Regional Sales Manager is responsible for sales, support and oversight of all Ayrloom branded products to licensed dispensaries in assigned region. This position will report directly to the Chief Revenue officer.

Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities

Serve as the primary brand ambassador for Ayrloom within the assigned region, representing the company with professionalism and integrity.

Develop and execute a region-specific strategy to drive the distribution and visibility of Ayrloom products.

Build and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing customers to ensure comprehensive representation of the Ayrloom portfolio across the region.

Establish and maintain direct communication channels with owners, buyers and inventory managers at all designated dispensaries.

Prepare and submit bi-weekly business plans to effectively manage and track regional performance.

Actively participate in weekly sales conference calls to align strategies and share market insights.

Plan, market, and execute events, including in-store consumer activations, budtender training sessions, festivals, and other brand awareness initiatives.

Collaborate closely with logistics and fulfillment teams to ensure efficient order placement and timely deliveries.

Ensure that Ayrloom branding and merchandising meet company standards in dispensaries and at consumer-facing events.

Leverage Leaf Link, Acumatica, & Pistil reports to monitor sales trends and develop targeted account lists for strategic growth.

Work directly with Brand Ambassadors within the territory to coordinate event staffing and provide support to fellow Regional Brand Managers as needed.

Maintain and manage a monthly work expense account in accordance with company policies.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Strong written and oral communication skills to interact with co-workers and vendors in a professional and helpful manner in person, via phone or written correspondence.

Strong organizational skills including the ability to manage multiple projects and details simultaneously.

Some analytical ability to gather and summarize data, find solutions to various administrative problems, and prioritize work.

Ability to develop and maintain recordkeeping systems and procedures.

Ability to gather data, compile information, and prepare reports.

Ability to develop, plan, and implement short- and long-term goals.

Ability to work productively in a fast paced, stressful environment.

Equipment, Machines and Software Used This position requires the regular use of:

Microsoft Office to include Excel, Word and PowerPoint. Gmail proficiency required.

Mental Requirements

Close mental and visual attention required to perform work dealing primarily with preparing and analyzing data and figures, communicating effectively with vendors, customers and coworkers, using a computer terminal, reading, writing and driving a vehicle.

Physical Exertion

Light work - Exerting up to 50 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 20 pounds of force frequently, and/or a negligible amount of force constantly to move objects. Load and unload cases of product, set up products displays, lift, lower and move product at festivals, concerts, NYS Fair and other similar events.

Environmental Conditions

Inside and Outside Work: With exposure to temperature changes.

Travel This position does require frequent travel.
