Retail Sales Associate - Kiosk Spanish Bilingual at Verizon. This is a full-time Verizon Retail Sales Associate role in the mobile department at a National Retailer. What You’ll Be Doing
Ability to approach customers who aren’t necessarily shopping in the mobile area to share the latest promotion Verizon is offering. Generate retail sales by using your passion for cutting-edge technology and customer service to expand the Verizon network. Learn and uncover customers' needs by creating connections and asking the right questions. Position product insights and solution recommendations to provide customers with a complete sales solution. Close sales by using strong communication skills to fulfill customer needs with simple and intuitive tech solutions. Continuously develop yourself through ongoing training and up-skill in operational functions across merchandising and inventory. Regularly interact with internal and external partners on matters concerning several functional areas, divisions, and/or customers. Potential to grow your customer base by placing outbound calls and sending text messages to current Verizon customers who are interested in our products and services. We’re hiring immediately! This isn’t your typical entry-level retail position. You can earn $15 to $20 per hour in base pay, plus up to $16,000 a year in individual-based commissions if you hit all your sales goals. Our commission program offers opportunities to earn more, with top performers potentially reaching $59,000 to $67,000+ annually. Compensation varies by geography, hours worked, and performance. High school diploma or GED One or more years of relevant experience required (work experience and/or military experience) Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays (schedule provided four weeks in advance) openness to earn more income during peak periods Even better if you have additional qualifications: Experience in a commission-based environment Experience communicating with customers to find solutions Customer service experience Note: Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish is required.
