What You’ll Be Doing
Approach customers who aren’t necessarily shopping in the mobile area to share Verizon’s latest promotions.
Generate retail sales by using your passion for cutting‑edge technology and customer service to expand the Verizon network.
Learn and uncover customers’ needs by creating connections and asking the right questions.
Position product insights and solution recommendations to provide customers with a complete sales solution.
Close sales by using phenomenal communication skills to fulfill customer needs with simple and intuitive tech solutions.
Continuously develop yourself through ongoing training and up‑skill in operational functions across merchandising and inventory.
Regularly interact with internal and external partners on matters concerning several functional areas, divisions, and/or customers.
Potential to grow your customer base by placing outbound calls and sending text messages to current Verizon customers who are interested in our products and services.
We’re hiring immediately! This isn’t your typical entry‑level retail position. Whether you’re just starting out or have years of sales experience, you can earn $15 to $20 per hour in base pay, plus up to $16,000 a year in individual‑based commissions if you hit all your sales goals.
Compensation and Benefits Top performers can make an extra $10,000 or more in individual‑based commissions, giving you the chance to earn a total of $59,000 to $67,000+ annually. Compensation varies by geography, hours worked, and performance.

What We’re Looking For You’ll need:
High school diploma or GED.
One or more years of relevant experience, including military experience.

Openness to pick up and earn more income during peak periods such as summer, Nov–Dec, and vacation seasons.
Even better if you have:
Experience in a commission‑based environment.
Demonstrated experience communicating with customers to find solutions.
Customer service experience.
