LHH is looking for a Technical Inside Sales Specialist for our client. In this role you will be responsible for quoting, developing pricing, and working with the engineering team. What You’ll Do:

Respond to customer inquiries about spare and repair parts, providing information on pricing, availability, and delivery timelines. Prepare and assemble detailed quotes, bids, and proposals, ensuring all technical documents and historical pricing are included. Collaborate with Operations to determine costs for custom products and secure necessary approvals for pricing and profit margins. Work closely with customers to support their procurement process and negotiations, developing creative solutions when price or lead time is a challenge. Recommend alternative products to best fit customer requirements. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring satisfaction throughout the sales process. Follow up regularly on outstanding quotes, gather feedback on lost opportunities, and keep all records up to date. Review and process incoming orders, checking for accuracy in pricing, lead times, terms, and compliance requirements. Consistently achieve or surpass sales targets. Maintain visual management tools and participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance team performance. Take on additional tasks as assigned by the Inside Sales Manager. What We’re Looking For:

Bachelor’s degree in a technical or business discipline preferred. At least two years of experience in inside sales within a manufacturing environment. Strong computer skills, especially with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel. Excellent organizational, time management, and communication abilities. Detail-oriented, motivated, and able to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting. A true team player with a customer-first mindset. 401(k) plan eligibility. You are enrolled automatically approximately 30 days after your eligibility date. Pay: $65,000 - $100,000 dependent on experience.
