Join to apply for the Inside Sales role at Genesys Industries. This range is provided by Genesys Industries. Your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience — talk with your recruiter to learn more. Base pay range: $65,000.00/yr - $95,000.00/yr Location: Rockford, IL Responsibilities
Call on prospects, sales leads and existing OEM customers to develop opportunities to advance business development activities. Develop long-term relationships with clients through managing and interpreting their requirements. Act as a single point of contact for the customer. Assist in completing quotations by the date required. Manage multiple quote requests and multiple specifications; maintain very good organizational and communication skills to manage multiple quotes and follow-up calls every week. Call on prospects, leads, and existing customers to obtain opportunities to quote on part requirements, short and long production jobs, and quote and close customers by building relationships with buyers (B2B). Follow up on leads and closing opportunities. Keep track of leads and opportunities in the CRM system. Harvest leads and find new customers through cold calls and website visits. Verify accuracy and finalize quote packages; present information to Senior Management prior to customer submission. Maintain assigned customer base by follow-up calls to buyers; follow up on quotes and obtain purchase orders (POs) from buyers for quoted items; obtain target prices to price match quotes; build relationships with buyers to get on the (AVL) approved vendor list. Qualifications
Prefer at least 3 to 5 years of related B2B Fastener Product sales experience. Prefer at least 3-5 years of Industrial or OEM sales experience. Bachelor’s degree or verifiable work experience. Superior organizational skills; ability to keep track and manage multiple prospects and quotes in a fast-paced industry. Experience using a CRM system or cloud-based systems. Not afraid to pick up the phone and cold call to get an RFQ. Knowledge and experience in fastener, screw machined, engineered product sales is a must. Good verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and CRM.
