The Account Manager will call on prospects, leads, and existing OEM customers to develop and obtain opportunities to advance business development activities. This role involves developing long-term relationships with clients by managing and interpreting their requirements, acting as a single point of contact, and assisting in completing estimates by the required date. The candidate must manage multiple quote requests and specifications, demonstrating superior organizational and communication skills to handle follow-up calls weekly. We are seeking an experienced Inside Sales Representative. This is a commission-driven opportunity with a base salary. Please note: This is NOT an order-taking role but rather managing existing customers and finding new ones. Essential Job Duties & Responsibilities

Call on prospects, leads, and existing customers to obtain opportunities to quote on part requirements, production jobs, and close sales by building relationships with buyers (B2B). Follow up on leads and close opportunities. Keep track of leads and opportunities in the CRM system. Generate leads and find new customers through cold calls and website visits. Verify accuracy and finalize quote packages, presenting information to Senior Management prior to customer submission. Maintain an assigned customer base through follow-up calls, obtain purchase orders from buyers, and gather target prices for quote matching. Build relationships with buyers to get on the (AVL) approved vendor list. Qualifications and Skills Required

Prefer B2B inside sales experience. Prefer industrial or OEM sales experience. Bachelor’s degree or verifiable work experience required. Must have excellent organizational skills to manage multiple prospects and quotes in a fast-paced industry. Experience with CRM or cloud-based systems. Comfortable making cold calls to obtain RFQs. Knowledge of reading blueprints and understanding geometric tolerances is preferred but not required; training will be provided. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and CRM systems.
