As a Sales Leader, you will mentor the sales team, model the behaviors needed to provide exceptional service, and contribute to a welcoming and inclusive customer experience. As a mentor to the sales team, you will coach staff on selling and service initiatives, including the creation of customer loyalty and developing repeat clients, and you will help oversee operational and back-of-house processes to ensure a seamless customer experience. Responsibilities
Mentor the sales team, modeling the behaviors needed to provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized service to clients. Model and reinforce branded customer experience and hands-on selling techniques using product information, sampling, and other resources to educate customers for suitable product selections. Coach and direct staff around selling and service initiatives, including customer loyalty development and repeat client engagement. Assist with oversight of operational and back-of-house processes to contribute to a seamless customer experience. Qualifications
1-2 years of prior selling / service experience. Passion for Customer Service Friendly and outgoing communication skills Fashion Savvy Social Media Following (preferred) Flexibility (as it relates to scheduling) Confidence What we have in store for you
