We are seeking a passionate and driven Sales Supervisor for our Bombas boutique coming to the Domain in November 2025. As a key leader in our team, you will manage day-to-day store operations, drive sales, and cultivate exceptional customer relationships. Your leadership will inspire your team to create memorable in-store experiences, reflecting the brand’s prestige and excellence. You will work closely with the Store Leader/General Manager to implement strategic initiatives to boost team performance, increase revenue, and uphold exceptional guest service. This role includes overseeing inventory management, visual merchandising, and shipment processing to ensure smooth and efficient store operations. You will contribute to market and brand initiatives such as promotional events, activations, and store openings, and leverage technology and systems such as Shopify, Endear, and Slack to optimize operations. You will manage the customer experience and support your team’s growth, working independently and effectively under pressure. Position Qualifications
Must be 18 years of age or older. Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to inspire, guide, and collaborate with teams to achieve goals. Foundational experience in retail or customer-focused roles with a track record of delivering exceptional guest experiences; related category experience is desirable. Flexibility to accommodate dynamic business needs, including availability for days, nights, weekends, and holidays. Active on the sales floor with the physical ability to stand, walk, climb ladders, and lift up to 50 pounds. Hourly Pay Range: $19/hr - $22/hr. Compensation will be determined based on experience, skills, and qualifications. Interpersonal Skills
