Overview
We’re looking for a motivated and ambitious Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join TechNexa and represent our clients in Italy. This remote role offers both full-time and part-time opportunities aligned to EU/Italy business hours. This position is ideal for someone with a strong background in B2B tech sales who wants to accelerate growth for international companies. Responsibilities
Collaborate with account managers and clients to drive pipeline growth through strategic prospecting, qualification, and meeting scheduling. Manage outreach across multiple channels (phone, email, LinkedIn) to generate and qualify leads. Maintain accurate CRM records and track outreach activities. What We’re Looking For
Native or professional-level Italian and English. 2+ years in outbound B2B sales with proven cold-calling results; experience using multiple outreach channels (phone, LinkedIn, email). Lead generation: proficiency with tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Clay, Lusha, Apollo, Cognism, Zoominfo. CRM proficiency to manage prospects and track outreach. Industry experience in Tech, SaaS, or BPO. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to build rapport and manage objections effectively. Employment Type
