Senior Talent Acquisition Business Partner - Sales at ADP
ADP is hiring for a Sales Representative, Small Business Services. This role targets clients and prospects with 1-49 employees within a defined geographic territory. You will identify and sign new clients for payroll, tax, human resources, benefits, and more, and sell additional solutions to existing clients. You will cultivate relationships, set appointments, gather leads from established partners, assess client needs to present the best ADP solutions, and spend time in the field closing business. The company offers high-quality sales training and will teach you how to use the latest sales technology.

What you’ll do
Grow Our Business While Growing Yours. Work independently and with teams to close sales, win business, and reach sales goals.
Turn Prospects into Loyal Clients. Implement a sales strategy targeted to decision-makers and business owners to build a network and capture new business.
Deepen Relationships Across the ADP Family. Sell cloud-based HR solutions and cultivate additional business within existing accounts while building lasting relationships.
Collaborate Daily. Serve as a trusted advisor to clients and internal partners with ethical standards under pressure.
TO SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE Required Qualifications
Positive Self-Starter. Upbeat, persistent, able to cold call, manage time well, and present ideas clearly in writing, in person, and over the phone.
Agile Solution Seeker. Problem solver who can find answers in fast-paced change.
Continuous Learner. Always learning and seeking ways to improve.
Required A college degree is helpful but not required. Other acceptable experiences could include:
One to two years of prior work experience or internships in Retail, Marketing, Business Development, Food Service, Insurance Sales, or other relevant industry, OR
Military experience. We value the talents and experiences Veterans bring and provide an environment to continue making a meaningful impact.
