Overview Bel-Aire Mechanical, a Legence Company, is seeking a Service Account Manager in the Phoenix, AZ area. For over 35 years, Bel-Aire has provided expert mechanical and plumbing services for mission-critical buildings.

Responsibilities

Support existing customers and their HVAC/mechanical needs.

Build relationships with landlords, facilities managers and property managers in the Phoenix Metro area.

Develop and secure new customer opportunities as labor force allows.

Estimate projects and prepare proposals meeting customer specifications.

Collaborate with multiple disciplines within the organization (Commercial & Industrial HVAC, Plumbing/Piping, Sheet Metal, etc.).

Manage repair and small retrofit projects from initial proposal to completion.

Qualifications

Experience in all aspects of the HVAC/mechanical industry.

Ability to build strong, longstanding customer relationships.

Ability to manage projects to predetermined profit margin and customer satisfaction.

Ability to collaborate with others within the organization.

Valid Driver’s license with a clean driving record.

Ability to climb ladders.

Education and Experience

5 years of service-based HVAC account management experience or a minimum of 5 years of industry experience (e.g., selling, installing, project management).
