Overview As a Field Sales Representative at Monster Energy, you’ll energize and amplify bottler relationships, educate and inspire partner representatives, and execute strategies at chain and local account levels within your territory. You’ll drive bottler business results, invigorate bottler sales and execution, and roll out national and local marketing programs that capture market share and meet budget targets. You will lead with energy, build strong relationships, and help drive Monster initiatives in your geography.
Responsibilities
Train Bottler Sales Representatives on product knowledge, sales methodologies, and marketing promotions through partnership activities such as ride-alongs, presentations, huddles, and team calls.
Sell at retail (outlet level) aligned with quarterly strategic initiatives focused on innovation, distribution, displays, and equipment placements, in conjunction with bottler partners.
Utilize Monster Energy Company tools (CRM and related resources) to maximize productivity, including surveys, training tools, sales data software, asset allocation, and internal platforms.
Participate in business unit drives, market audits, meetings and events, sampling initiatives, and local retail meetings, including setup, teardown, hosting, and presentations.
Qualifications
Prefer a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
Minimum 1 year of experience in Sales or Marketing.
Minimum 1 year of experience in Beverage or Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG).
Computer skills in-office and with handheld devices.
Maintain an acceptable driving record for company insurance purposes.
Compensation Monster Energy provides a competitive total compensation package. This position has an estimated salary of $39,600–$52,800 annually. Actual pay may vary based on skills, qualifications, experience, and work location.
