What We Need: Join us as an Account Executive and leverage your goal-driven mindset, work ethic, and client service skills. The ideal candidate is ready to hit the ground running and will utilize all iHeart’s platforms to exceed client expectations. What You'll Do: Learn our Broadcast + Digital Marketing Products, develop new business through client meetings and research, and cultivate existing accounts. Collaborate internally to drive revenue, create marketing campaigns, and use storytelling and data to meet client needs. What You'll Need: Self-motivated with excellent relationship-building and problem-solving skills; goal-oriented, expert negotiator, proactive. Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment. Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and a High School Diploma (College degree preferred). Skills in Salesforce, Microsoft Office, and social platforms. Strong problem-solving skills to help grow business. Digital/Media Sales experience is a plus but not required. Ability to organize and prioritize daily tasks. Experience managing multi-platform campaigns, analytics, and audio advertising is a plus.
