What We Need: Join us as an Account Executive and leverage your goal-driven mindset, fast-paced work ethic, and exceptional client service skills. The ideal candidate is ready to hit the ground running and will utilize all iHeart’s platforms to exceed client expectations. What You'll Do: Learn the ins and outs of our Broadcast + Digital Marketing Products, develop new business through meetings and research, and grow existing accounts. Collaborate internally to drive revenue, craft effective marketing campaigns, and use storytelling to deliver data-driven sales presentations. What You'll Need: Self-motivated with a “go-getter” attitude, excellent relationship-building and problem-solving skills, and persuasive communication. Ability to plan and multi-task in a fast-paced environment. A valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and a High School Diploma (College degree preferred). Skills in Salesforce, Microsoft Office, and social media platforms. Strong problem-solving skills to help grow the business. Digital/Media Sales experience is a plus. Ability to organize and prioritize daily tasks effectively. Experience managing multi-platform campaigns, analytics, and audio advertising is advantageous.
