The Opportunity We’re looking for an experienced

Regional Sales Manager

to lead our high-performing sales team in Southcentral United States (Texas, New Mexico, Louisiana).

Key Leadership Responsibilities

Drive profitable growth and market share.

Build strong relationships with distributors and end users.

Inspire and develop a talented sales team.

Execute ITW Welding’s North American sales strategy in a dynamic and competitive market.

What You’ll Do

Lead & inspire: Provide clarity, direction, and motivation to the regional sales team to achieve ambitious goals.

Develop talent: Coach and support team members, creating a strong, diverse pipeline of talent for the future.

Strengthen partnerships: Build and maintain strategic relationships with key distribution partners.

Align & execute: Collaborate with divisional sales leaders to target high-potential accounts and drive growth.

Engage customers: Connect with end users to understand their needs and influence preference for ITW Welding solutions.

What You’ll Bring

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience (master’s preferred).

5+ years of sales or sales management experience in a technical, industrial, or manufacturing environment.

Proven leadership and team development skills.

Strong understanding of distribution channel management.

Exceptional communication, strategic thinking, and organizational skills.

Proficiency in MS Office and CRM platforms (Salesforce.com preferred).

Ability and willingness to travel up to 50% overnight.

Compensation and Benefits Annual base salary range: $120,000 to $180,000, with performance-based quarterly bonuses and annual salary increases. Benefits include 401(k) match, generous retirement contributions, paid time off, insurance coverage, parental leave, and tuition reimbursement.
