PHOENIX Retail, LLC operates the Express and Bonobos brands worldwide. Express is a multichannel apparel brand focused on a modern, confident and effortless style. Bonobos is a menswear brand known for exceptional fit and a personalized, innovative retail model. Customers can experience our brands in over 400 Express retail and Express Factory Outlet stores, 50 Bonobos Guideshops, and online at express.com and bonobos.com. Responsibilities
Provide a great in-store shopping experience for retail customers. Assist with stocking, cleaning, folding merchandise, and other tasks as needed. Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, checkout, fitting room, and stock room to ensure a safe and inviting environment. Follow company policies and procedures to ensure the safety of all associates and customers. Assist with product launch changes according to company SOP. Deliver on all aspects of the customer experience model and process transactions quickly and accurately to reduce wait times. Positively resolve customer service-related issues or escalate as appropriate, and communicate resolutions to Store Management. Drive credit and loyalty member programs by explaining benefits and encouraging participation. Other essential functions may occur as directed by supervision. Required Experience & Qualifications
Education: High School or Equivalent Years of Experience: 0-2 years of relevant experience (minimum 6 months) Proficient in use of technology (iPad, registers) Meets defined availability criteria, including nights, weekends and non-business hours Meets physical requirements Critical Skills & Attributes
Previous retail experience preferred Customer service skills and ability to interact with customers Strong verbal and written communication skills with customers, leadership team and colleagues Demonstrated collaborative skills and ability to work well within a team Benefits And Compensation
