Builds relationships and develops plans to increase sales and profitability for mid-size accounts. Generates viable sales leads and prospects through market and account research, events, networking, and vendor activities. Contacts assigned and prospective accounts to secure new business. Develops and executes profitable business plans for managing accounts. Collaborates with sales and key corporate personnel to communicate account plans, pricing, and offerings to drive sales. Accountable for attaining assigned sales quotas, gross margin targets, and controllable expense objectives. Interacts with customers, vendors, and colleagues to resolve customer and service-related issues. Maintains a current and competent base of product knowledge and applies it when servicing customers. Maintains and submits required sales administration reports. Regularly attends company meetings. Typically 2-5 years of experience. Performs other duties as assigned. This position requires operation of a Company Vehicle or a Personal Vehicle and such operation is performed more than 20% of the average work week. An acceptable Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) is required. Qualifications

2-5 years of experience in sales or related roles. Prior outside sales experience to professional contractors preferred. Familiarity with company products and services. Spanish language proficiency is a plus. Additional Information
