Homecare Sales Representative - New England (Territory includes Maine, Vermont, and New Hampshire) Responsibilities
Develop sales and territory management plans with the sales manager to achieve maximum market impact and meet or exceed sales targets Develop, cultivate, and maintain relationships with customers, and strategic partners within the territory Conduct customer visits to introduce FPH homecare products, therapy approaches, and their benefits Educate customers and provide post-sales education and support Maintain and grow existing accounts while securing new business opportunities Track opportunities, sales, and monitor results with disciplined use of CRM/Salesforce Attend trade shows and conventions to provide information and education on FPH homecare products Must be able to lift a maximum of 40 pounds without limits or restraints Education and Experience
Bachelor's degree preferred 2+ years of sales experience with a consistent track record of success, preferably in a business-to-business selling model or 2+ years clinical experience Excellent communication, planning, organizational, and problem-solving skills Ability to evaluate business opportunities, set priorities, and manage a large territory Salary Range
The anticipated compensation range for candidates working in this territory is $126,000 to $136,000 at plan with monthly over-plan commissions achievable (this amount includes both a base and variable commission amount). The final salary offered to a successful candidate will depend on several factors that may include but are not limited to the type and length of experience within the job, type and length of experience within the industry, education, etc. Fisher & Paykel Healthcare is a multi-state employer, and this salary range may not reflect positions that work in other states.
