ADP is hiring a Sales Representative for Small Business Services. We are seeking entry-level sales professionals. Are you ready to build a rewarding future? Grow Our Business While Growing Yours : Independently and collaboratively, close sales, win business, and meet sales goals within your assigned geography. Turn Prospects into Loyal Clients and Raving Fans : Implement targeted sales strategies to decision-makers and business owners, building a network and capturing new business. Deepen Relationships Within the ADP Family : Sell cloud-based HR solutions and cultivate additional business within existing accounts, building long-term relationships. Collaborate Daily : Act as a trusted advisor and ADP ambassador, demonstrating professionalism, ethical standards, and grace under pressure. Required Qualifications
Positive Self-Starter : Upbeat, persistent, comfortable with cold calling, good time management, and clear communication skills. Agile Solution Seeker : Problem solver capable of adapting quickly and finding solutions in fast-paced environments. Continuous Learner : Eager to learn, grow, and improve processes. A college degree is not required. Relevant experience can include: One to two years in retail, marketing, business development, food service, insurance sales, or similar industries, OR Military experience emphasizing teamwork, resilience, negotiation, and relationship-building.
