ECCO, one of the world’s premier Footwear companies, is now hiring for a Third Keyholder. We seek a motivated and enthusiastic professional to join our Retail Team. Responsibilities
As an ECCO Third Keyholder, drive and exceed store financial goals through delivering a World Class shopping experience for guests. Assist the Store Manager in managing merchandise and inventory, and maintain operational and administrative excellence. Provide training, coaching and professional development for the ECCO store team. Ensure compliance with ECCO policies and procedures; assign goals and motivate employees to maximize potential. Communicate applicable information to fellow management and employees. Demonstrate strong communication, prioritization, organization and follow-up skills; act as a Brand Ambassador by resolving customer service issues with good judgment. Qualifications & Attributes
Positive attitude and willingness to contribute to ECCO’s culture of passion, innovation and sustainability. Ability to model effective selling skills and techniques on the sales floor; act as a role model for the team. Strong selling and interpersonal skills to support a high-performance retail environment. Compensation & Benefits
Compensation:
$19.61 to $21.07 per hour; Competitive pay based on relevant skills and experience. Bonus:
Quarterly performance bonus, based on store results and position. Benefits:
