ECCO, one of the world’s premier footwear companies, is hiring for a Third Keyholder. We seek a motivated and enthusiastic professional to join our Retail Team. Responsibilities
Drive and exceed store financial goals by ensuring a World Class shopping experience for our guests. Assist the Store Manager in managing merchandise and inventory, and maintain operational and administrative excellence. Provide training, coaching and professional development for the ECCO store team. Ensure compliance with ECCO policies and procedures, assign goals and motivate employees to maximize their potential. Communicate applicable information to fellow management and employees. Demonstrate strong communication, prioritization, organization and follow-up skills; act as a Brand Ambassador and resolve customer service issues with good judgment. Model a positive attitude and contribute to ECCO’s culture of passion, innovation and sustainability; model effective selling skills on the sales floor. Qualifications
Strong communication skills, ability to prioritize work, superior organization and follow-up skills. Positive attitude and ability to contribute to ECCO’s culture. Willingness to contribute as a role model and to develop the store team. Compensation & Benefits
Compensation: $19.61 to $21.07 per hour; competitive pay based on relevant skills and experience. Bonus: Quarterly performance bonus based on store results and position. Benefits: Comprehensive and affordable programs including Medical, Dental & Vision Insurance; Flex Spending Accounts; 401(k) Retirement Plan; Vacation & Sick Time; paid Holidays; and employee discount.
