Seeking a results-driven, field-based Hotel Sales Manager to lead direct sales efforts for two properties located in Tulsa, OK, and Rogers, AR. This role focuses on increasing occupancy through proactive, relationship-driven sales. Qualifications
Prospect and cold call to generate new extended stay business. Conduct 3.5–4 full days per week of in-person sales activity. Build and maintain relationships with key accounts (corporate, construction, relocation, medical, etc.). Identify and secure group and long-term stay opportunities. Maintain an active pipeline and report weekly activity via HubSpot CRM. Collaborate with hotel GMs and revenue teams to align pricing and availability. Represent the hotels at business events and within the local community. Requirements
1–3 years of hotel sales experience, preferably in extended stay. Proven track record of generating and closing new business. Knowledge of Tulsa and/or Northwest Arkansas markets is a plus. Highly self-motivated and goal-oriented. Strong communication, relationship, and time management skills. Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required. Benefits
