The Role and What You'll Do:
The Account Executive, Hospitality, plays a crucial role in executing client programs and supporting our team. The individual will assist Hospitality Managers and Directors with daily project-related tasks to ensure smooth operations. Operating in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, the ideal candidate must be detail-oriented, flexible, hardworking, and committed to providing exceptional service and work for our clients.
Assist in planning and executing premium hospitality programs such as sporting and entertainment events, and VIP client experiences.
Support guest registration, event communications, branding, ticketing, onsite experiences, talent appearances, VIP transportation, hotel reservations, F&B, gifting, and video content capture.
Assist with budget management, vendor sourcing, run-of-show development, and internal coordination.
Manage creative approval processes with internal stakeholders and clients.
Create presentation decks and client materials supporting hospitality activations and event strategies.
Travel may be required.
Qualifications:
1-2 years of experience in event and hospitality planning, sourcing, and execution, preferably with a hotel, convention center, DMC, production vendor, or third-party agency.
Agency experience is required.
Experience with guest registration platforms like Cvent.
Experience with client note-taking and project management tools.
Experience with ticketing systems is a plus.
Keen attention to detail, accuracy, and personal accountability.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to proofread and ensure quality control.
Comfortable presenting and speaking to clients.
Strong work ethic and willingness to assist with various tasks.
Problem-solving skills in complex situations.
Positive attitude and pleasant demeanor.
Effective time management and organization skills.
Bachelor’s degree from a 4-year college or university.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
