The Role and What You'll Do:
The Account Executive, Hospitality role is instrumental in executing client programs and is a critical part of our team. The individual will support Hospitality Managers and Directors in day-to-day project-related tasks and work to ensure that our programs and projects run smoothly. The Account Executive, Hospitality will operate in a fast-paced, dynamic agency environment where every day is different. The ideal candidate must be detail-oriented, flexible, hard-working, and committed to providing exceptional service and work for our clients.
Support the Hospitality Managers and Directors with the planning and execution of premium hospitality programs (e.g., sporting and entertainment events, VIP client experiences).
Support the planning and management of guest event registrations, event communications, branding, ticketing, onsite experiences, talent appearances, VIP transportation, VIP hotel reservations, food & beverage, gifting, and video content capture.
Assist with budget management, vendor sourcing, run-of-show development, and internal coordination.
Manage creative ideation approval processes with key internal stakeholders and clients.
Develop presentation decks and client materials to support hospitality activations, event strategy, and implementation.
Travel may be required.
You Have These:
1-2 years of experience in event and hospitality planning, sourcing, and execution with a hotel, convention center, DMC, production vendor, or third-party agency.
Agency experience required.
Experience with guest registration platforms, such as Cvent.
Experience with client note-taking and internal project management.
Experience with ticketing systems is a plus.
Keen attention to detail, accuracy, and personal accountability.
Ability to communicate clearly and professionally, both in writing and verbally.
Ability to proofread documents and provide quality control.
Comfort with presenting and speaking to clients.
Strong work ethic and willingness to assist with various tasks.
Problem-solving skills in complex situations.
Positive, pleasant attitude.
Excellent time management skills to prioritize, organize, and manage multiple tasks.
An undergraduate degree from a 4-year college or university.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite: Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
