Seasonal Retail Sales Associate - Coronado Center
Join Bath & Body Works this holiday season as a Seasonal Sales Associate. You will be the face of Bath & Body Works, helping customers find the best products for themselves and others while delivering exceptional and consistent customer experiences that support sales growth in the store.

Deliver exceptional in-store customer experiences through selling behaviors rooted in our values and product knowledge. Create genuine connections with customers by uncovering needs, sharing product information, demoing products, and making personalized recommendations. Drive rewards program enrollment and engagement on both the sales floor and at check-out. Support product replenishment activities and maintain brand standards to keep the store full and visually appealing. Assist with floorset execution, window changes, visual presentation, and marketing placement as needed. Perform physical activities required for store operations, including standing, walking, reaching, lifting, climbing ladders, and moving items up to 50 pounds. Maintain a safe, clean, and engaging store environment by adhering to safety standards and expectations. Qualifications
Thrives in a customer-first retail environment. Demonstrated sales and customer experience results in a fast-paced setting. Effective communication, openness to feedback, and adaptability. Ability to de-escalate store and customer situations. Available to work peak days and times, including varied shifts in the evenings, weekends, and holidays. Core Competencies
