Seasonal Retail Sales Associate – HADLEY CENTER at Bath & Body Works. Join to apply for the Seasonal Retail Sales Associate role at Bath & Body Works. Base pay range: $16.49/hr. The role is seasonal/part-time during the holiday period. You will be the face of Bath & Body Works, helping customers find the best products and delivering an exceptional and consistent customer experience to drive sales in a high-energy store environment. Responsibilities
Deliver exceptional in-store customer experiences through selling behaviors rooted in our values and product knowledge. Create genuine connections with customers by uncovering needs, sharing product information, demoing products, and making personalized recommendations. Drive rewards program enrollment and engagement on both the sales floor and at check-out. Support product replenishment activities and maintain brand standards to keep the store full and inviting. Assist with floorset execution, window changes, visual presentation, and marketing placement as needed. Maintain safety and cleanliness by adhering to all safety standards and expectations. Maintain policies and procedures in all work activities. Qualifications
Thrives in a customer-first, retail environment. Demonstrated sales and customer experience results in a fast-paced setting. Effective communication, openness to feedback, and adaptability. Ability to de-escalate store and customer situations. Must be available to work peak days and times, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Core Competencies
