ISR customers are typically small construction, landscape, and governmental entities identified via various databases and directories. The ISR manages an account base in an assigned territory, employing a disciplined phone call campaign approach. Responsibilities include providing retail assistance, coordinating sales activities, demonstrating, qualifying, quoting, and closing sales, using promotional activities to drive business, and developing strong customer relationships. Essential functions include coordinating demonstrations, maintaining accurate customer data, tracking sales goals via CRM, managing multiple leads, and promoting all dealership services. The role requires understanding customer needs, communicating effectively about products/services, and using multiple systems like SalesLink, DBS, SIS, etc. Requirements include a High School Diploma or GED, with a college degree or equivalent experience preferred. Candidates should have 3+ years in outbound phone sales, administrative experience, customer service, and sales experience. Physical demands involve standing, walking, sitting, and occasional lifting up to 25 pounds. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and strong organizational skills are necessary. This is a part-time position at a seniority level of Mid-Senior, in the Sales and Business Development field within the Construction industry. Travel requirements are 1-25%.
