Enterprise Account Manager - SLED Midwest role at Delinea. This remote position requires a motivated self-starter responsible for all net new sales in an assigned geographic territory for SLED Accounts (State, Local, Education). The role offers career advancement opportunities within a strong promote-from-within culture. What You’ll Do
Drive growth of Delinea’s market share and sales revenue by identifying, developing, and closing new logo opportunities in the SLED territory. Achieve assigned revenue targets by selling Delinea’s solutions to SLED customers and non-installed accounts in the region. Provide leadership to a cross-functional account team (sales, presales, professional services, customer success). Expand existing strategic relationships to develop additional business opportunities for Delinea. Manage the entire sales cycle from identifying initiatives and building a value proposition to negotiating and closing deals. Forecast and assess revenue opportunities; maintain an accurate sales pipeline. Understand client business challenges and tailor solutions accordingly; engage executive/SVP relationships to support long-term partnerships. Develop territory plans and proactively pursue contacts within SLED accounts. Collaborate with Delinea technical experts to present compelling product strengths and capabilities. Meet or exceed sales targets and build relationships with channel partners. Continuously learn about cybersecurity and keep up-to-date with industry trends. Research agencies, contracts, systems integrators, and resellers to generate new pipeline through targeted outreach; negotiate state contracts where applicable. What You’ll Bring
5+ years of B2B SaaS software sales experience to SLED accounts. Experience working with channel partners and the alliance ecosystem. Proven hunter with a track record of quota attainment. Self-starter with strong individual contributor capabilities and team collaboration skills. Proficiency with sales automation tools and forecasting (SFDC); familiarity with MEDDPICC. Understanding of organizational dynamics to support corporate strategy and priorities. Exceptional communication and presentation skills; experience selling into State, Local, and Education sectors; experience with state contracts. Experience selling identity solutions is a plus.
