As our Management Accountant, you’ll play a pivotal role in driving financial insight, control, and efficiency across the business. Reporting to the Head of Financial Control and collaborating with the FP&A Manager, you’ll be the go-to expert for all things related to operating costs (G&A), combining hands-on accounting with forward-looking business partnering. Responsibilities

Monthly Performance Cycle: Lead the monthly close for NL Groupe and Agency G&A costs, partnering with Shared Services, Finance Hubs, and budget holders; Ensure accuracy and completeness of all G&A entries, managing accruals and reclassifications; Deliver clear, actionable commentary on actuals vs. forecast, helping stakeholders understand drivers and opportunities; Support Head of Financial Control with local country consolidation and agency reviews; Maintain the Accruals schedule for G&A Costs; Maintain audit-ready working files and ensure compliance with company policies. Budgeting & Forecasting: Own the preparation of G&A budgets and rolling forecasts, collaborating across teams to drive transparency and accountability; Analyze trends, identify cost-saving opportunities, and promote efficiency initiatives Audit & Controls: Prepare audit files, schedules, and respond to queries for both internal and statutory audits; Ensure all journals are properly authorized and documented. Business Partnering & Ad Hoc Analysis: Respond to requests providing insightful analysis and recommendations; Act as a finance ambassador to support continuous improvement. Qualifications

Qualifications 5 years of relevant work experience is a must; Media experience is a plus; SAP, HFM knowledge is a plus as well; Proficiency in English (writing and speaking); Communication and analytical skills; Experience in projects reconciliations, client contracts, compliance; Accountancy certifications in RA, ACCA, CPA, CA (or equivalent) are highly desired; Open and positive personality.
