Base pay range $140,000.00/yr - $150,000.00/yr Controller About Framing Systems Inc : Framing Systems Inc., located on Cleveland’s west side, is a forward-thinking, well-respected and growing fabrication company that manufactures high quality metal framed building components and modular cores for the commercial, healthcare and education industry. About the role : This exciting opportunity is full-time, onsite and will serve as a strategic business partner to evaluate and manage the financial performance of the Company, both short and long term, including budgeting and forecasting. As the Controller, you will be responsible for creating and establishing financial objectives that align with the growth strategy and establish and execute critical measures. Provide financial insight into the organizations operating plans and budgets; managing cash flow, investments, and assets; maintaining relationships with partners and forecasting-capital, facilities, and staff requirements. Responsibilities will also include financial planning and analysis, short/long term projections and budgets, ensuring compliance and mitigating risk. This position will oversee the accounting department as well as the HR department. And will be responsible for the administration and support of the Epicor ERP system to ensure reliability, performance, and alignment with business needs. Position Responsibilities: Identify, develop and execute financial analysis of business initiatives, product launches, service offerings and pricing models Utilize forward-looking models and activity-based analyses to provide financial insight into the organizations plans and operations budgets Prepare and present monthly financial budget reports and forecasts, including profit and loss by product segment, branch and cost center Oversee the accounting department and the HR department to ensure proper functioning of all systems, databases and financial software Develop and improve the recently implemented ERP system (Epicor) Evaluate departments and make suggestions for increasing efficiency and cost savings Implement policies, processes and strategies in collaboration with other departments and senior leadership Oversight and insurance of all compliance, risk, legal and GAAP for the company Other responsibilities as required Qualifications: Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance CPA, CMA or MBA preferred Minimum 5 years of experience as a Controller in $15M-$50M+ firm 5+ years total accounting or finance experience Strong knowledge and understanding of GAAP, compliance and risk Outstanding communication and presentation skills Demonstrated leadership ability, confidence and executive presence—ability to motivate Excellent analytical, reasoning and problem-solving skills Compensation and Benefits: Healthcare/Dental insurance Vacation Paid Holidays Seniority level
