Pay Range: $68,600.00 – $85,750.00. Salary is competitive, transparent, and may exceed the range based on qualifications, experience, and geographic location. Benefits

Collaborate with the FP&A team on overall financial planning and forecasting, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives. Maintain strong relationships with department leaders, sharing financial insights and collaborating on budget decisions. Identify and evaluate financial risks, propose mitigation strategies, and participate in risk management policy development. Evaluate and optimize financial performance of SPP projects and business lines, contributing to strategic decision‑making and capital allocation. Identify opportunities for cost savings and growth across SPP, collaborating with cross‑functional teams to implement these strategies. Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related field. Four years of relevant financial analysis experience or other analytically focused roles. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail. Analytical acumen with the ability to interpret financial data. Collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively within a team and across departments. Preferred Qualifications
Familiarity with Regional Transmission Organizations or electric utilities. Proficiency in financial modeling and forecasting. Work Environment
This role operates in a professional office environment using standard office equipment. Physical Demands
Decision making, data interpretation, and problem solving required. Stand or sit for extended periods; use hands to operate a computer keyboard and standard office equipment. Occasional lifting and moving up to 10 pounds. Collaborate with managers and employees at all levels to exchange ideas and information. Vision requirements include close vision, distance vision, color vision, and ability to adjust focus. Compliance with SPP Policies and Procedures. Travel Requirement
