GHJ Search and Staffing We have partnered with an established non-profit organization who is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Controller to oversee all aspects of financial management, including accounting, financial reporting, budgeting, and internal control functions. Responsibilities
Manage all accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and payroll, ensuring compliance with accounting principles and regulatory requirements. Prepare accurate and timely financial statements, reports, and analyses. Establish and maintain robust internal control policies and procedures. Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and accounting standards, coordinating audits and reviews by external auditors and regulatory agencies. Provide financial analysis, insights, and recommendations to support strategic decision-making, resource allocation, and revenue optimization efforts. Oversee the financial administration of grants and contracts, ensuring compliance with grant requirements and reporting obligations. Lead, mentor, and develop a team of finance professionals. Qualifications
Minimum of 6 years of progressive financial leadership experience. Proven experience in the non-profit sector. NetSuite experience is preferred. Excellent analytical and strategic thinking skills. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. $150,000 - $180,000 a year GHJSS Additional Information
