Overview

Under the general supervision of a manager, the Sr. Financial Analyst I performs tasks of an analytical and technical nature as an integral member of the Inmar Finance Team. The primary focus of the position is to perform financial analysis and metric-based reporting that provides actionable insights to drive higher returns and process efficiencies. This role requires advanced use of analytics tools, data visualization, AI-driven automation, and financial systems to enhance decision-making. The analyst is responsible for managing Capital Expenditures (CapEx), Travel & Expense (T&E) reporting, lease payments, maintaining the FP&A intranet site, and supporting enterprise-wide dashboards, forecasts, and ad-hoc projects. Key Responsibilities

Analytical & Financial Planning Provide insightful metric-based reporting and analysis while maintaining accuracy of complex transactions.

Conduct variance analysis comparing actual results with plans and forecasts; identify trends and recommend actions to management.

Develop, maintain, and automate dashboards and scorecards with KPIs using Google Looker Studio, Tableau, and other visualization platforms.

Support FP&A monthly dashboards, forecasts, and ad-hoc requests with emphasis on automation and improved data flow.

Assist with preparation of annual budgets and forecasts, including data modeling, calculations, and system uploads (Oracle ERP).

Partner with Accounting on monthly close processes, reconciling and validating transactional data.

Serve as subject matter expert for Capital Expenditures (CapEx) and Travel & Expense (T&E) reporting and monitoring.

Innovation & Automation Leverage AI tools and process automation to streamline reporting, forecasting, and financial close activities.

Identify opportunities to reduce manual processes through workflow automation, robotic process automation (RPA), or advanced Google/BI integrations.

Continuously evaluate reporting tools, processes, and systems to improve timeliness, accuracy, and accessibility of information.

Intranet & Communication Maintain and enhance the FP&A intranet site to provide Finance stakeholders with access to key reports, tools, policies, and performance metrics.

Prepare and deliver presentations to communicate key assumptions, financial results, and forecasts with Business Unit leaders and Corporate Finance leadership.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.

3-5 years of relevant experience; or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (modeling, scenario analysis, automation techniques).

Intermediate to advanced proficiency with G-Suite.

Experience with financial/accounting systems; Oracle ERP strongly preferred.

Strong knowledge of US GAAP and financial modeling techniques.

Demonstrated ability to deliver high-quality financial reporting and actionable analysis in fast-paced environments.

Preferred Qualifications

Proficiency in Google Looker Studio, Tableau, and other data visualization platforms.

Experience applying AI and automation tools in a finance environment.

Familiarity with financial planning and analysis best practices for CapEx, T&E, and KPI/scorecard reporting.

Experience developing and maintaining intranet or knowledge management platforms.

Strong communication skills with ability to present financial and operational insights to senior leadership.
