Under the supervision of a Bank or Market Manager, you will assist customers in a transitional role focused on delivering exceptional service and quality with every transaction. You will learn and model sales behaviors to progress through the banker roadmap and certification. Responsibilities include performing teller transactions, servicing customer needs, resolving issues, and proactively recommending Associated Bank products to customers and prospects. You will provide exceptional customer service by accurately processing transactions and demonstrating digital alternatives as appropriate. Training and Certification:
You will complete a curriculum, meet performance milestones, and pass the Banker certification for promotion eligibility. This role may require working at multiple branch locations to support flexibility and mobility. Compliance and Regulations:
The position requires a credit check per 12 CFR Chapter X, Part 1026, Truth in Lending, Regulation Z. You must operate in full compliance with internal policies, procedures, and applicable laws, including Bank Secrecy Act/Anti-Money Laundering and S.A.F.E. Act requirements. You will need to submit required information to meet registry requirements and maintain registration as directed. Additional Responsibilities:
Experience comprehensive training to prepare for success. Be empowered to pursue interests, develop new skills, and make a difference daily. Provide efficient and accurate customer transaction processing. Identify and service customer needs, resolve issues, and build community relationships. Open new accounts and identify cross-selling opportunities to promote customer financial wellness. Partner with internal departments to meet customers' financial needs. Support operational integrity of the branch. Proactively seek prospects at in-store locations. Qualifications:
Education:
High School diploma or equivalent, or a combination of education and experience.
Required . Experience:
Less than 2 years of customer-facing sales or service experience.
