Under direct supervision of a Bank or Market Manager, assist customers in a transitional role focused on delivering exceptional service and quality with every transaction. Learn and model sales behaviors to progress through the banker roadmap and certification. Perform teller transactions, service customer needs, resolve issues, and proactively recommend products to existing customers and prospects. Provide exceptional customer service by accurately processing transactions and demonstrating digital alternatives. Complete curriculum, meet performance milestones, and pass Banker certification for promotion eligibility. Support multiple branch locations as needed to promote flexibility and mobility. Ensure compliance with all internal policies, procedures, and applicable regulations including Bank Secrecy Act/Anti-Money Laundering and S.A.F.E. Act requirements. Additional Responsibilities:
Experience comprehensive training for success. Develop new skills and make a difference daily. Identify and service customer needs, resolve issues, and build community relationships. Open new accounts and uncover cross-selling opportunities. Partner with internal departments to meet customer financial needs. Support operational integrity of the branch. Proactively prospect at in-store locations. Qualifications:
High School diploma or equivalent required. Less than 2 years of customer-facing sales and/or service experience required. Benefits:
