Junior Accountant
to join its headquarters in Irvine, CA. The role involves handling
full-cycle accounting
for multiple restaurant locations. If you have an accounting background and experience in the food and beverage or hospitality industry, this is a great opportunity to advance your career. Key Responsibilities: Perform month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing in compliance with GAAP and regulations. Monitor revenue and expenses, consolidate financial data, and generate reports. Manage Accounts Receivable (A/R) and Accounts Payable (A/P), ensuring accuracy. Reconcile bank accounts, credit card transactions, and open A/R & A/P. Prepare daily revenue reports and maintain monthly rent schedules. Support restaurant managers with accounting and A/P inquiries. Handle sales tax filings and merchant chargeback inquiries. Assist with government filings, audits, and compliance reporting. Qualifications: 2-4 years of accounting experience, preferably in hospitality or food & beverage industry. Proficiency in QuickBooks, MS Office, and accounting software. Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial regulations. Excellent analytical, organizational, and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
