. Job Duties: Assist walk-in taxpayers in a timely fashion for business and individual income, accept prepared returns and payments, including payments from special events. Resolve taxpayer accounts utilizing knowledge of tax laws, rules, and regulations of all taxes administered by the Department of Revenue. Independently process assigned dormant account list and correspondence. Research, analyze, and work dormant business taxpayer accounts. Research and evaluate taxpayer information through various computer databases. Position-Specific Details: Appointment Type:

The salary offered will be determined based on qualifications and experience. This posting may be used to fill vacancies in other divisions within the Louisiana Department of Revenue within 90 days of the closing date.
