We’re looking for a

Revenue Tax Analyst

to join our

Business Tax Enforcement Division . Key Responsibilities

The ability to serve the needs of those who support and/or rely on the services provided. Managing Resources:

The ability to ensure resources such as time, money, and people are utilized appropriately to result in maximum business value. Using Data:

The ability to use relevant and valid data to inform a recommendation for action. Assist walk‑in taxpayers in a timely fashion for business and individual income as well as accept prepared returns and payment, including payments from special events. Resolve taxpayer accounts utilizing knowledge of tax laws, rules and regulations of all taxes administered by the Department of Revenue. Independently process assigned dormant account list and correspondence. Research, analyze and work dormant business taxpayer accounts. Research and evaluate taxpayer information through various computer databases. Key Qualifications

One year of experience in administrative services. Every 15 semester hours earned from an accredited college or university will substitute for six months of the required experience. Position Specific Details
