Insurance Agent
to join our team. Reporting to the EVP, Genstone Insurance, this position is responsible for achieving individual sales targets and meeting agency production requirements through outbound calls and proactive sales activities. The role will work with referral sources or self-generated opportunities to fill and maintain a sales pipeline to quote, sell, and process insurance applications that meet or exceed monthly sales goals. The Insurance Agent will issue profitable new business to achieve growth, compliance, and profitability standards. Responsibilities

Develop and maintain a sales pipeline with referral sources or self-generated opportunities to quote, sell, and process insurance applications. Bachelor’s degree in business or related field (or equivalent combination of years of experience with High School diploma/GED). Active General Lines Property & Casualty Producer License to sell commercial insurance in home state, with willingness to acquire additional state licenses as needed. 2+ years’ relevant sales experience. Previous experience in mortgage, servicing, or financial services industry. 2+ years’ experience in Insurance Sales (preferred). 2+ years’ outbound call center experience in customer service. Encompass experience or similar software preferred. Active network of investor customers/brokers a plus. Knowledge of business structures (e.g., LLC, LP, SP). Knowledge of state-specific insurance requirements. Strong verbal and written communication skills; customer service-focused with strong interpersonal skills. Collaborative work style; high team-orientation; adaptability and learning agility. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills; high attention to detail and compliance orientation. Strong time management and ability to prioritize; self-directed with proactive attitude. Benefits
