Insurance Agent
to join our team. Reporting to the EVP, Genstone Insurance, this role is responsible for achieving individual sales targets and meeting agency production requirements through outbound calls and proactive sales activities. The role will work with referral sources or self-generated opportunities to fill and maintain a pipeline to quote, sell, and process insurance applications that meet monthly sales goals. The Insurance Agent will issue profitable new business to achieve growth, compliance, and profitability standards. Responsibilities

Develop and maintain a sufficient sales pipeline to quote, sell, and process insurance applications that meet monthly goals. Work with referral sources or self-generated opportunities to generate new business and ensure profitable, compliant growth. Issue profitable new business to support growth, compliance, and profitability standards. Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in business or related field (or equivalent experience with High School diploma/GED). Active General Lines Property & Casualty Producer License to sell in home state, with willingness to acquire additional state licenses as needed. 2+ years’ relevant sales experience; 2+ years’ experience in Insurance Sales preferred. Previous experience in mortgage, servicing, or financial services industry; outbound call center experience in Customer Service. Knowledge of Encompass or similar software preferred; active network of investor customers/brokers a plus. Knowledge of business structures (e.g., LLC, LP, SP) and state-specific insurance requirements. Strong verbal and written communication skills; customer service-focused with strong interpersonal skills. Collaborative, adaptable, high learning agility; strong analytical and problem-solving abilities; capable of data interpretation to identify opportunities. Strong project management, attention to detail, compliance orientation, and time management. Self-directed, professional maturity, integrity, and ability to maintain confidential data; strong business and fiscal acumen. Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Benefits

The hiring range for this position is $48,000.00 annually. This position is eligible for commission. Company Information
