The Senior Accountant will play a key role in preparing and reviewing financial statements, managing month-end close processes, and ensuring compliance with GAAP. This position requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-entity environment. Key Responsibilities
Prepare and review monthly financial statements within a 10-day close cycle Perform account reconciliations Assist with month-end close, including journal entries and variance analysis Develop and recommend departmental budgets and objectives; manage within approved plans Provide timely and accurate financial reports to management to support decision-making Assist with annual audit preparation and respond to auditor inquiries Ensure compliance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and internal controls Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance preferred 3–5 years of accounting experience, ideally in the hospitality or related industry Strong understanding of GAAP, accounting processes, and procedures Excellent organizational and analytical skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities What’s In It For You
