Mortgage Closer
for one of its mortgage clients to play a vital role in the final stages of the mortgage lending process. You will ensure a smooth and efficient closing experience for all parties involved. Responsibilities
Review and analyze loan data, ensuring accuracy and completeness Prepare and assemble closing documents, including the final closing disclosure and settlement statements Communicate effectively with borrowers, loan officers, processors, title companies, and other parties involved in the transaction Coordinate closing logistics, schedule signings, and ensure all necessary documentation is complete and accurate Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and investor loan closing regulations Maintain accurate closing schedules and deadlines Qualifications
Associate’s degree or equivalent work experience Proficiency in Microsoft Office Financial Services and, if possible, mortgage industry experience preferred General understanding of applicable Federal, State and Local regulations What this role offers when converted to a permanent employee
